Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Vismont offers a transparent, free-to-use tier of our software, allowing you to fully evaluate our product’s features and functionality before making a purchase. Because you have the opportunity to test our Service risk-free, all subscription and one-time purchases are non-refundable, except under the limited conditions outlined below.

1. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction

Due to the availability of our free tier, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the Service, its features, or its performance. By opting to pay for a subscription, you confirm that you have adequately tested the product and are satisfied with its capabilities.

2. Pro-Rated Refunds for Technical Issues (Solely at Our Discretion)

We understand that technical issues may occur. If a technical issue within our Service genuinely prevented you from using a paid feature for an extended and verifiable period, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund. This is subject to the following conditions:

  • Verification: You must provide undisputed evidence and cooperate fully with our team to verify your claim. We reserve the right to verify any claims of downtime or inoperability.
  • Free Time Extension: Instead of a cash refund, our primary resolution for verifiable technical issues will be to offer a free extension of your subscription period equivalent to the time you were unable to use the Service. This is our preferred method of compensation.
  • Pro-Rated Refund (Last Resort): A pro-rated monetary refund will only be considered as a last resort, after a free extension of time has been offered and is not accepted. The amount of the refund will be based on the period of verified technical inoperability.

3. Prevention of Fraud and Abuse

This policy is designed to prevent fraudulent chargebacks and abuse of our Service. Any attempt to claim a refund for a reason not covered by this policy, or any attempt to misuse our Service, will result in the immediate termination of your account without a refund.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your credit card company or bank is a violation of this policy. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processors. If you dispute a charge, your account may be suspended or terminated, and we reserve the right to pursue payment for any owed fees and to recover any fees associated with the chargeback.
