Vismont provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products and web tools through its website. Our SaaS services offer a tiered model, including a free-to-use basic tier and paid PRO/premium tiers with extended functionalities, which may be accessed via monthly, semi-annual, or annual subscriptions. Our website also features free web tools supported by advertisements.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Free Features: We offer a free tier to allow you to evaluate our Service. We make no guarantee that the free features will remain free or unchanged.
- Paid Features: To access PRO features, you must purchase a subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as per the plan you choose.
- Payment: All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways, such as Dodo Payments, Paddle, and Lemon Squeezy. By providing your payment details, you authorize these payment processors to charge you for the selected subscription on our behalf. Please be aware that charges on your statement will appear from these payment processors, not Vismont.
- Renewals: Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vismont. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Vismont.
You retain all rights to the data and content you create, upload, or store using our Service. However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and process your data to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by this agreement. You may not, for example, engage in fraudulent activities, exploit vulnerabilities for unauthorized access, or attempt to disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Vismont, nor its owner, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included on the Service. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of TG, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
